Learning platform for a training company running both self-paced and cohort-based programs. Instructors can publish modules, quizzes, and completion rules from one dashboard, while students track progress and submit assignments in the same flow. Paid enrollment and invoice history are handled through Stripe.
The Challenge
The client was managing courses across Zoom, shared drives, and spreadsheets. Enrollment status, homework reviews, and certificate eligibility were tracked manually, which created support delays and frequent data mismatches.
Our Solution
We consolidated delivery into one LMS with separate portals for admins, instructors, and learners. We added webinar sessions, graded assignments, and rule-based certificate generation so completions are auditable. The team now has reliable cohort-level reporting for enrollments, completion rates, and payment status.
